Making an Example of Mourinho

The Business Magnate, Tycoon or "Oligarch" is generally accustomed to dispensing with anyone who do not agree with his/her views. So when the Oligarch switches their thinking from We to I, be ready to hear the familiar rants and raves ...

“I get what I want, when I want it, because I'm the Boss end of story”

Its time to find yourself looking for the door, walking and closing the it firmly behind you. Just when you thought it was us and we, you've it was always really Myself and I and and never really You. So now it comes to the foreground ... Its one rule for the and another rule for the other (you being the other and everyone else).

For the Oligarch it can be lonely at the top. When you climb the highest mountain and reach the mountain peak, there is only space for You and small handful of followers and their entourage, and then what about the people who actually work for you, have you given much thought to how they will fit in that small space of your mountain peak!

Oligarchy (Greek Ὀλιγαρχία, Oligarkhía) is a form of government where political power effectively rests with a small elite segment of society (whether distinguished by wealth, family or military powers)
